I am hoping the iZotope Tonal Balance Bundle is going to give me greater control and help with de-breathing and de-essing and much more. I already have the iZotope RX7 Audio editor which I use every time I audition to check for noise, clicks, and clipping. I am self-taught in the business of audio editing and am always seeking to improve and learn and understand new things. My recording studio and equipment have to be professional and I have to be my own sound engineer. As a self-recording voice actor in my own studio, I have to deliver a script sounding as natural, normal, and professionally produced as possible. I am so pleased to have won this prize of the iZotope Balance Bundle, I am hoping it will help me improve and perfect my finished audio recordings. I just love recording and creating audio 'magic' and hope to do so for many years to come! I have been nominated for 2 years running as Best Female Voice in several categories in the OneVoice Awards. Many years on and continuing to work in theatre, television, radio, and film living in Purley, Surrey I have my own home recording studio where I continue to record everything from video game voices to e-learning to corporate videos and audiobooks for clients all over the world as well as in the UK and love going into professional studios and working with other creatives. My first professional voiceover work was more or less straight out of drama school, I was discovered by a couple of producers in the North East who started me recording commercials for Metro Radio in its early days, where I voiced everything from impersonating Margaret Thatcher to being a Northern Rock Customer. A professional actress and voice actor originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, I trained for 3 years in Drama at the School of Theatre, in Didsbury, Manchester, now known as Manchester Met, where I discovered radio and audio.
